Christofer Nardelli was the owner of the four-year-old restaurant. It was quite a popular restaurant and many of the same customers would come by a few times every month. One of his favorite meals on the menu was Gumbo. Gumbo comprised of chicken and andouille sausage base that had dark roux, paired with an Old Chub Scotch Ale. It was absolutely delicious!

Christofer and James Turner who were the chefs of the restaurant frequently e-mailed their deals and the beer options to their customers, so they would have a good idea about all the new stuff that was happening in the restaurant. The chef was known to email their customer personally. One particular customer questioned him about the Gumbo, he was very interested and wanted to know when it would be served.
