For some of the commenters, 13 years old was still too young for anyone to start altering their hair and appearance. It was a different case for Halloween, when it was normal to use wigs and wash-out sprays. However, there were those who made the case that it was just temporary anyway. As you can imagine, more people found the undesired haircut to be far more disturbing.

Fortunately, a great number of people felt for the young girl who just went through something traumatic. Christin got a lot of comments that looked down on Schaffen and Sarah, but she appreciated the ones that addressed her young daughter even more. These generous people gave her compliments, suggestions, and sympathies. This was a lovely thing to do as Kelsey found these sentiments and comments comforting. How was it possible that complete strangers could understand her more than her father could?
