This guy or girl has had their fair share of bad exchanges with bad parkers, considering he or she has created their cards for situations like this! A good piece of advice I have to say, though.

This note is quite scary. This person was so angry that they typed up the notice and made it sound like it was right out of taken! I understand how frustrating bad parkers can be, but some of these are just too intense for us.
