As the shady man left the pawnshop, Alicia continued to work by helping the other customers’ in the store. After a while, she forgot all about what had happened earlier in the day until she looked up and saw a police officer staring at her. This policeman was holding the exact same pair of shoes and he now wanted to buy them…she was speechless. What was even weirder is that the officer was with the man that she had served earlier on. She immediately thought that she was in some kind of trouble.
